Our technology-enabled platform allows property owners and managers to fully automate their short-term and vacation rental portfolio including finding and hiring vetted service providers through an industry-first marketplace and manage the progress through a best-in-class landlord dashboard. Propzie gives owners, landlords and property managers total control over their flexible-lease rental business.

We provide the following services as part of our comprehensive rental management solution.

- Listing creation: we create the listing including all the required descriptions, tips and other creative texts to capture the guest's imagination - Photos: we hire a professional to take photos of your place; a mix of architectural and lifestyle photos work best - Channel management: we list your property in over 20 different websites and closely monitor and update as necessary - 24/7 guest management/customer service: we manage the entire guest service and communication cycle from booking to check-in to check-out to any possible dispute and ensure guests are always taken care of and leave happy - Cleaning/laundry: we provide the cleaning and laundry pick-up/drop-off services (this is paid separately by the host) - Key exchange/meet-and-greet: depending on your property's situation we will set up a meet and greet for key exchange or a self check-in (works best in some situations) - Landlord dashboard tutorial: Propzie is run on an advanced technology platform that includes a landlord dashboard. We will show you how to use that so you can stay on top of your rental properties - Pricing analysis: we continually monitor your calendar to maximize revenues through yield management techniques including supply/demand pricing and price optimization to ensure your property achieves the highest occupancy possible and thus generate more revenue - Supplies replenishing: we give you the option of selecting what kind of supplies you want to offer your guests, from a basic package to a deluxe one (this is paid separately by the host) - Furnishing: we can provide furnishing services upon request for a separate fee - Maintenance/handyman: we can provide maintenance and handyman services for a separate fee

We charge 15% of a property's total earnings: that includes all the listing, channel and guest management services as well as access to our proprietary technology. We also charge a one-time set-up fee, which covers the professional photography, technology setup and careful inventory check-list we perform for every property prior to activation.

No, there is no long-term contract. You may cancel at anytime we just ask that you give us a 30-day courtesy notice.

Yes! We can also sell your property for you as we are also licensed real estate agents in every US state we operate in.

We pay out once a month, typically at the beginning of each month.

Yes! We don't mess with the IRS we will send you every tax documents required once a year typically in the beginning of the year.
